I decided to name my blog Sixteen Hundred because Big Garland and I got married on April Fools Day at 1600 military time and we were married for 1600 days. Our story was definitely written in the stars. I will share the highs and lows of unexpectedly becoming a widow. I hope this is a place that will help other people laugh, cry, and navigate grief.
